Job Description

Seeking a PRN or full-time Speech Therapist (ST) with a pay rate of $65/hr. and up, based on experience.

Providing comprehensive PT, OT, and ST services in post-acute settings, we seek passionate, collaborative clinicians dedicated to excellence.

The role involves screening, evaluation, treatment, planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) ensures care compliance with professional standards, community needs, and regulations, serving as a patient advocate and coordinating cross-disciplinary efforts.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech/Language Pathology, licensure, CPR certification, and preferred experience in skilled nursing or assisted living. CFY candidates are considered.
