Job Description

Seeking a PRN or per diem Speech Therapist (ST) at $65/hr+, in a post-acute setting.

Provides assessment, treatment planning, family education, and documentation to ensure optimal patient outcomes, adhering to organizational and regulatory standards.

Serves as a patient advocate, ensuring coordinated, quality care across disciplines and participating in quality assurance activities.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech/Language Pathology, licensure, CPR certification, and 1+ year of relevant experience; experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred. Students in CFY are considered.
