Job Description

Seeking a PRN/per diem Speech Therapist (ST) for a post-acute setting, offering pay from $65/hr based on experience.

We provide PT, OT, and ST services in post-acute environments and seek passionate, collaborative clinicians committed to excellence.

The role involves screening, evaluation, treatment, planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include supervising patient care, ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards, advocating for patients, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

  • Master’s in Speech/Language Pathology
  • State licensure and CPR certification
  • 1+ year SLP experience, preferably in skilled nursing or assisted living
  • CFY candidates considered
