Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Per Diem Licensed Speech Therapist (ST) to provide home health services in Santa Clara County.


  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Deliver speech therapy services based on individualized care plans, evaluate patient responses, and communicate changes to the team.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to organizational policies.
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule, competitive pay ($60-$75/hr), vehicle mileage reimbursement, and supportive clinical team.

    • Requirements include a current California ST license, a valid driver’s license, and preferably one year of home health experience. This is a per diem position, not a contract role.
