Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Per Diem Licensed Speech Therapist to join our home health team in Santa Clara County.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Provide speech therapy services per individualized care plans, evaluate patient progress, and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to organizational policies.
• Enjoy flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($60-$75/hr), vehicle mileage reimbursement, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and life insurance.
• Requirements include a current CA Speech Therapy license, a valid CA driver’s license, and preferably one year of home health experience.
