Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Per Diem Licensed Speech Therapist (ST) to provide quality home health care in Santa Clara County.


Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering speech therapy services per individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Evaluating patient responses and reporting changes
  • Maintaining clinical records and adhering to policies

    Requirements:

  • Valid California Speech Therapist license
