We are seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care at our location. This flexible role involves treating patients for approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.

Responsibilities include managing medically complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy providers on both surgical and non-surgical treatments for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. Active communication with employers and case management are also key aspects.

Qualifications:

• Experience with work-related injuries preferred
• State licensure and unrestricted DEA license
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Spine Surgery
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program
• Medical Malpractice Insurance coverage
