We are seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site services at our location. This flexible role involves treating patients during a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.
The specialist will assist in managing complex cases, facilitating return-to-work and functional recovery, and collaborating with medical and therapy providers. Responsibilities include delivering both surgical and non-surgical care, communicating with employers, and engaging in case management.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO graduation, unrestricted DEA license, board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Spine Surgery, and malpractice insurance. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
