Spine Surgeon Independent Contractor

Job Description

Seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon for a part-time, independent contractor role at a major healthcare provider. This position involves treating patients on-site for approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly, complementing your existing practice with flexible scheduling.

• Assist in managing medically complex patients, promoting return to work and functional recovery.
• Provide non-surgical and surgical orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal care for work-related injuries.
• Collaborate with medical and therapy teams and actively participate in case management, communicating with employers.

Qualifications include licensure in the state, board certification or eligibility in orthopedic spine surgery, experience with work-related injuries preferred, and malpractice insurance.
