Job Description

Seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon to join as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, part-time role.


  • Provide on-site patient care during a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift, supporting medically complex cases and facilitating return to work and functional recovery.
  • Collaborate with medical and therapy teams, offering both surgical and non-surgical treatments for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.
  • Engage in case management, communicate with employers, and positively impact patient outcomes.

    • Qualifications include board certification or eligibility in orthopedic spine surgery, licensure, DEA registration, malpractice insurance, and experience with work-related injuries preferred.


    Compensation is based on a revenue share model. This role offers flexible scheduling to complement your current practice.
