Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Staff Physician (MD/DO) for primary care in Gallup, NM, offering a competitive base salary of $250,000 with potential bonuses exceeding $300,000, plus a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality, ethical patient care, performing minor procedures, managing patient documentation, and participating in administrative duties to foster a positive organizational culture. The role involves clinical tasks such as suturing, joint injections, basic orthopedics, and family medicine, along with leadership in adopting new technologies.

Qualifications include an accredited MD/DO degree, New Mexico medical license, CPR, ACLS, PALS certifications, DEA and pharmacy licenses, and the ability to obtain malpractice insurance. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, adaptability, and the capacity to handle physical demands.
