Job Description

We are seeking a Hybrid Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team, supporting growth and providing excellent care.

  • Pay range: $105,000-$120,000 with a $10K sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $10K.
  • Offerings include flexible scheduling (4-5 days), hybrid work (1-2 days remote), performance bonuses, CEU and licensure reimbursement, benefits, 401K, manageable caseload, and paid documentation time.
  • Responsibilities involve conducting evaluations, developing evidence-based treatment plans, supervising up to 3 SLPAs and 1 SLP-CF, assessing treatment effectiveness, documenting within deadlines, and educating families.
  • Minimum requirements: Master’s degree, California licensure or pending licensure, ASHA CCCs, experience with diverse populations and disorders, willingness to supervise and work in person/telehealth, and strong collaboration skills.
