Supervising Speech Language Pathologist- Hybrid

We are seeking a Hybrid Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team, supporting growth and providing quality care.

Pay Range: $105,000-120,000. Benefits include a $10K sign-on bonus, up to $10K relocation assistance, flexible scheduling (4- or 5-day work week), hybrid remote work, performance bonuses, CEU and licensure reimbursement, medical/dental/vision, 401K, and paid documentation time.

Job duties include conducting speech and language evaluations, developing and executing evidence-based treatment plans, supervising up to 3 SLPAs and 1 SLP-CF, assessing treatment effectiveness, documenting in electronic records, educating families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The role promotes a positive, fun work environment and emphasizes team culture.

Requirements include a master’s degree, CA licensure or in process, CCCs from ASHA, experience with diverse populations, willingness to supervise, and flexibility to work in-person and via telehealth. Candidates should be collaborative, adaptable, and customer service-oriented.
