Job Description
The Registered Nurse Supervisor will oversee clinical staff (RN, LPN, MA, tech, CCA) and collaborate on clerical evaluations.
They will provide shift leadership, ensure safe staffing, and promote evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing high-acuity cases, supporting staff development, maintaining regulatory compliance, and leading quality improvement efforts.
The ideal candidate has a nursing degree, current Florida RN licensure, at least four years of ambulatory or hospital RN experience, and supervisory skills. Certification in specialty areas is preferred.
Additional requirements include basic Life Support certification and the ability to handle operational challenges and emergencies. Relocation assistance is available.
