Job Description

Join a dedicated team providing urgent mental health support through walk-in clinics, helping individuals in emotional or behavioral crisis across Cape May County.

  • Assess, screen, and support clients using evidence-based methods to promote recovery and stability.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure rapid care and appropriate linkage to ongoing services.
  • Support community-based care and reduce reliance on emergency rooms by stabilizing individuals in crisis.

    • Requirements include a Master’s degree, NJ licensure (LAC, LSW), and at least two years of experience with serious mental illness. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
