Job Description

Join a dedicated mental health team as a Therapist in the EISS program, providing crisis assessment, short-term counseling, and linkage to ongoing care for individuals experiencing emotional distress or behavioral health crises.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, support, and stabilize clients in urgent need.
  • Utilize evidence-based modalities to promote positive outcomes.
  • Facilitate connections to appropriate community resources and reduce unnecessary emergency room visits.
  • Maintain strong communication and clinical skills to serve individuals with serious and persistent mental illness.

    • Requirements include a Master’s Degree, active NJ license (LAC, LSW), and two years’ experience post-Master’s. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
