Make a difference in the lives of adolescents, young adults, and their families through an innovative adventure therapy program in southern Idaho.
Support clinical gains using outdoor activities like climbing, snowshoeing, skiing, biking, hiking, and canoeing.
Work collaboratively with a team, providing individual and group therapy, and supporting field instructors in therapeutic skills.
Participate in a system-based treatment approach involving clients and families, with opportunities to develop skills in mindfulness, trauma-informed care, experiential therapy, and animal-assisted therapy.
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, with a mix of co-facilitation, expedition work, and administrative tasks; most work from home on Saturdays.
Salary: $40,000-$50,000 based on experience and licensure, with benefits including health, dental, life insurance, 401(k), stipends, and discounts.
