Job Description
The Social Worker / Therapist provides comprehensive assessments, evidence-based clinical care, and individualized aftercare planning for residents in a residential treatment setting.
Conducts assessments, treatment planning, and leads therapy groups weekly to support recovery.
Diagnoses and treats mental health and co-occurring disorders, ensuring compliance with licensing standards.
Develops personalized treatment and aftercare plans, coordinating care with referral resources for seamless continuity.
Completes clinical documentation accurately, promotes recovery-oriented interventions, and acts as a clinical resource for staff.
Participates in supervision, ongoing training, and clinical coverage as needed, upholding professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements include a master’s-level license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Ph.D., Psy.D.), active Maine licensure, experience in addiction treatment, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
This full-time role operates Tuesday–Thursday, with on-call duties, offering a salary from $90,000/year and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
