Job Description

The Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) provides professional therapy, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination for patients and families.

  • Conducts comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, develops treatment plans, and offers culturally sensitive counseling.
  • Participates in team meetings, maintains clinical documentation, and supports school system collaborations.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, maintains credentials, and adheres to organizational policies.
  • Builds collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Requires a Master’s in Social Work, Maryland LMSW license, 3+ years healthcare experience, and ability to relocate to Salisbury, MD.
  • Offers full-time employment with benefits, a salary range of $65,000–$75,000, and opportunities for professional development.
