Salary ranges from $47,028 to $71,000 annually, with starting pay depending on education, experience, and licensure. Licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) earn at least $58,000, while those with provisional licenses (LSW, LMHC-a, LMFT-a) start at $52,500. Holders of Master’s degrees in human services may start at $47,028. Therapists are eligible for monthly bonuses based on exceeding service hour goals, with no cap, plus additional incentives for licensure and continuing education reimbursement. Position involves providing home-based services to families, children, and youth (including those on probation) in community settings, requiring travel to 2-3 counties weekly.
