Job Description

Seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide therapeutic assessments, individual and group counseling, and clinical consultation for youth in a foster care network.

  • Conduct therapeutic assessments and collaborate on treatment plans.
  • Offer counseling to youth and support to foster parents.
  • Ensure compliance with paperwork, licensing, and contractual standards.
  • Provide crisis stabilization services as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends through ongoing education and training.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    • Requirements include a Master’s Degree in mental health, counseling, or social work, and appropriate licensure (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist). Supervision requirements apply if not fully licensed.

    This full-time, exempt position reports to the Program Director and offers benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development. The role requires in-person work in London, KY, with relocation prior to start date.
