Job Description

The Therapist provides individualized and group therapy, assessments, and family counseling within a clinical setting, collaborating with case managers and service providers to support client recovery.

They develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and monitor progress, including crisis intervention and discharge planning.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, participating in team meetings, and ensuring continuity of care through communication with referral sources.

Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, holding a valid license, and passing background checks. Preferred experience in mental health, dual diagnosis, trauma, and eating disorders, with a Master’s Degree and evidence-based therapy skills.
