Job Description
This full-time position supports adolescents with mental health needs under supervision from licensed professionals.
Responsibilities include crisis intervention, assessments, individual, family, and group therapy, and case management services. Provides support during the absence of the Head of Service, coordinates aftercare, and collaborates with community providers and psychiatrists. Maintains documentation, monitors treatment progress, and develops treatment plans to foster resident growth and independence. Participates in supervision, training, and community meetings, and provides aftercare for transitioning residents. Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or MFT, state registration, background checks, liability insurance, and strong communication skills.
