Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker to provide comprehensive behavioral health services in a new agency setting.

Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, conduct assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans.

Coordinate care with referral agencies and participate in treatment team meetings.

Support discharge planning, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed practices.

Maintain accurate documentation adhering to regulatory standards and ensure licensure requirements are met.

Collaborate with staff, contribute to staff training, and assist with compliance audits.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree, valid licensure, experience with evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT), and 8-10 years of relevant experience preferred.
