Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)

Job Description

Seeking licensed mental health professionals experienced with children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD and related challenges, including those comfortable working with children as young as age 5.

Ideal candidates will bring *creativity, patience, and a strengths-based approach* to therapy, supporting engagement, resilience, and healthy development.

This center offers *comprehensive services*—assessment, medication management, coaching, therapy, and educational therapy—under one roof, following a strengths-based philosophy.

Work can be full-time or part-time, in-person or hybrid (50/50), with flexible scheduling and administrative support.

Responsibilities include assessing clients, developing coping strategies, educating families, collaborating with others, and maintaining documentation.

Requirements include a Master’s degree, full licensure in Washington, at least 2 years of experience, and excellent communication skills.
