Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team, serving adolescent youth in a residential setting.

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth residents with complex emotional and behavioral needs.
  • Conduct assessments, develop and adjust treatment plans, and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
  • Deliver crisis intervention and support emotional regulation and positive behavioral change.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and involve families when appropriate.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field, licensure or eligibility in Oklahoma, and experience working with youth preferred.

    This full-time role offers a salary of $60,000–$75,000/year, with benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off. Located in Tulsa, OK, the position requires in-person work in a fast-paced environment.
