Job Description
Make a meaningful impact on K-12 students’ lives while working in Jackson Hole, WY, at a residential treatment facility serving students aged 8-21 with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Provide therapy, including family therapy, crisis intervention, behavior plans, and safety planning within a Trauma-Informed, DBT, Love & Logic, and Collaborative Problem Solving framework.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and involve families, schools, and relevant stakeholders in care planning.
Complete documentation and evaluation reports timely, and participate in monthly on-call rotations.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or equivalent, with an active Wyoming license.
Position is full-time, contracted for approximately 225 days/year, with salary ranging from $49,000 to $76,000, based on experience.
