Job Description
Make a meaningful impact on K-12 students’ lives while living and working in Jackson Hole, WY, at a residential treatment facility and public school serving students with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Provide individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, behavior and safety planning within a trauma-informed environment utilizing DBT, Love & Logic, and other methods. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including teachers, residential staff, and specialists to meet students’ social-emotional needs. Complete documentation and evaluations timely, participate in monthly on-call duties, and engage families and districts in care planning. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field, with Wyoming licensure. Position offers a contracted 225 days/year, competitive salary ($49,000-$76,000), benefits such as health/dental insurance, retirement, paid leave, housing stipend, and optional plans. Must pass background, TB, drug, and driving checks. Full-time, in-person role with regional impact.
