Job Description

Make a meaningful impact on K-12 students’ lives while working in Jackson Hole, WY, at a residential treatment facility and public school serving students aged 8-21 with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.


  • Provide individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, behavior and safety plans within a trauma-informed environment utilizing DBT, Love & Logic, and other practices.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including teachers, staff, and families to meet students’ social-emotional needs and involve stakeholders in care planning.

  • Complete documentation, evaluations, and participate in on-call duties. Must hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field, and be licensed in Wyoming.

  • Position is full-time, contracted for approximately 225 days/year, with salary based on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, retirement, housing stipend, and more.

  • Work in a drug- and tobacco-free environment, passing background, TB, drug, and driving checks. Must be committed to supporting students in a dynamic setting.
