Make a difference in K-12 students’ lives while living and working in Jackson Hole at the base of the Tetons.
This position at a residential treatment facility and public school serves students aged 8-21 with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. The therapist provides individual and family therapy, crisis management, behavior and safety plans, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or similar, with Wyoming licensure. The role offers approximately 225 days/year, a salary range of $49,000–$76,000, and benefits such as health, dental, life insurance, retirement, paid housing/transportation stipend, and more.
Additional requirements involve passing background checks, TB and drug screening, and driving checks. The position is full-time, contract-based, with monthly on-call duties, promoting a trauma-informed, drug-free workplace dedicated to supporting students’ social-emotional needs.
