Job Description

Make a difference in K-12 students’ lives while living and working in Jackson Hole at the base of the Tetons. This role involves providing therapy at a residential treatment facility serving students aged 8-21 with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities include delivering individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, behavior and safety planning, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The therapist ensures social-emotional needs are met by engaging students, families, and districts, completing documentation, and participating in treatment planning.

Qualifications require a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or equivalent, and a Wyoming license. The position is contracted for approximately 225 days/year, with a salary range of $49,000-$76,000, dependent on experience.
