Therapist (Pre-Licensed and Licensed)

*Position Overview:*
Seeking a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients facing mental health and substance use challenges. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans and deliver care in a professional setting.

*Responsibilities:*
– Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans
– Facilitate therapy sessions using proven approaches
– Work with healthcare professionals and participate in reviews
– Maintain accurate documentation and provide crisis support
– Offer psycho-education to clients and families
– Adhere to ethical and legal standards

*Qualifications:*
– Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
– Licensed in Idaho as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or in clinical master’s program seeking supervision
– Minimum 2 years clinical experience, preferably with mental health/substance use clients
– Strong communication skills and knowledge of evidence-based models
– Compassionate, ethical, team-oriented, motivated to help recovery
