Position Overview:
We seek a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients facing mental health or substance use challenges. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will develop personalized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
- Facilitate therapy sessions using proven approaches.
- Work with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and provide crisis support.
- Educate clients and families to promote engagement.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Licensed in Idaho as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or completing supervised clinical training.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with mental health/substance use clients.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatments.
- Team-oriented, ethical, and compassionate mindset.
