Therapist (Pre-Licensed and Licensed)

Position Overview:
We seek a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients facing mental health or substance use challenges. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will develop personalized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapy sessions using proven approaches.
• Work with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and provide crisis support.
• Educate clients and families to promote engagement.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensed in Idaho as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or completing supervised clinical training.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with mental health/substance use clients.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatments.
• Team-oriented, ethical, and compassionate mindset.
