Job Description

We are immediately hiring PRN home & community-based therapists in Wichita and surrounding areas.

Requirements include a degree in Occupational, Physical, or Speech-Language Therapy, psychology, counseling, social work, rehab therapy, or special education from an accredited college, current Kansas licensure, and willingness to work with diverse populations.

Candidates must have or be willing to obtain CPR/BFA/AED certification, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with case note documentation in SOAP or PAIP formats.

Responsibilities involve evaluating clients, developing support plans, documenting activities, participating in team meetings, and adhering to patient-centered care models in aging and disability communities.

Flexible scheduling allows for seasonal, part-time, or full-time caseloads, with the opportunity to create one’s own schedule. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, professional development, and more.
