Job Description
We are seeking PRN home & community-based therapists in Wichita and surrounding areas to provide occupational, physical, speech-language, cognitive, and behavioral therapies for aging and disability populations.
Requirements include a degree in OT, PT, SLP, psychology, counseling, social work, rehab therapy, or special education from an accredited institution, and current Kansas licensure.
Willingness to work with diverse age groups and disabilities, with certification in CPR/BFA/AED or willingness to obtain it.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills, with experience in case note documentation (SOAP or PAIP format).
Ability to work independently, manage caseloads, and attend team meetings.
Responsibilities involve evaluating clients, developing and implementing support plans, maintaining documentation, and participating in team activities.
Flexible scheduling allows for seasonal, part-time, or full-time work, with the ability to create your own schedule.
