Job Description
This role involves coordinating therapeutic service placements by liaising between participants, medical providers, and therapy teams.
Under supervision, manages referrals, reports, and re-authorizations, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
Coordinates interactions with participants, families, and caregivers, providing bilingual support as needed.
Maintains professional communication with all stakeholders and prepares relevant data and reports.
Offers orientation and support to therapy staff and participates in team meetings to enhance service quality.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years of administrative experience in a clinical setting, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Must be organized, flexible, able to prioritize, and work independently or in a team.
Requires passing a physical exam, TB test, and background checks, along with local travel ability and valid auto insurance.
Position offers $23/hour, full benefits, and a hybrid schedule working from the Ontario office twice weekly.
