Job Opportunity: RN – Case Management in Mission Hills, CA, for a 13-week temporary contract with a 40-hour workweek and 8-hour shifts.
Responsibilities include coordinating total nursing care, participating in patient and family education, providing leadership within the healthcare team, and maintaining professional standards.
Patient population primarily adult-geriatric.
Requirement:
Minimum 2+ years of RN – Case Management experience; travel healthcare experience preferred.
California RN license and current BLS certification required.
Strong clinical skills and reliable transportation necessary.
