Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join a collaborative organization committed to exceptional adolescent and young adult mental health care.

  • Requirements include prior clinical experience in mental/behavioral health, a Master’s degree or enrollment in a Doctorate program, and relevant licensure or license transfer ability in counseling, social work, or psychology.
  • Preferred experience with individual, family, or group therapy, especially involving substance abuse, eating disorders, or trauma-informed care.

  • Responsibilities encompass providing comprehensive therapy for clients with issues such as anxiety and depression, maintaining detailed clinical documentation, conducting interviews, and building rapport during a 28-35 day treatment program.

  • Additional duties include discharge planning and collaborating with patients’ families and clinical teams to ensure ongoing support and recovery.
