Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate RN with at least 2 years of long-term care experience and 1 year of management to oversee nursing services as a Unit Manager.

  • Plan, organize, and direct nursing operations ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead staffing, promote professional development, and oversee resident assessments and grievances.

    • Qualifications include an active RN license, current CPR certification, and a degree from an accredited institution. Prior long-term care experience is preferred.
