Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate RN with at least 2 years of long-term care experience and 1 year in nursing management to serve as a Weekend Unit Manager.

• Oversee nursing services, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a supportive environment.
• Plan, organize, and direct resident care, staffing, and documentation.
• Coordinate assessments, manage supplies, and address resident grievances.
