Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated *Unit Manager* to oversee nursing care on our unit in a skilled nursing facility.
Supervise daily unit functions, coordinate with departments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Manage admissions, discharges, staffing, and budgets while maintaining quality care and documentation accuracy. Serve as liaison with hospitals, physicians, and community agencies, participate in patient rounds, and assist with care plans. Monitor medication administration, ensure staff adherence to policies, and lead quality assurance efforts. Provide direct patient care when needed and ensure a safe, clean environment with proper equipment. Qualifications include a valid Nebraska RN or LPN license, leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
