Job Description
Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.
Provide acute and episodic care independently, assessing, diagnosing, treating, and performing procedures like laceration repairs and splinting. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment and prevention. Work in a fully equipped clinic with support from clinical protocols, staff, and leadership, managing a patient volume of 3–4/hour. Schedule includes 3 shifts/week, rotating weekends, with no on-call duties, and flexible shifts available for overtime at higher pay. Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour with benefits such as insurance, 401(k), paid time off, CME allowance, and growth opportunities within a multi-state network. Qualifications include North Carolina licensure, BLS/ACLS, and preferred urgent care or emergency experience.
