Job Description

Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.

  • Provide autonomous, acute, and episodic care in a fast-paced clinic environment.
  • Assess, diagnose, treat, and perform procedures such as laceration repair, abscess drainage, and wound care.
  • Order diagnostics, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment and prevention.
  • Work independently with support from protocols, a support team, and clinical leadership.
  • Schedule includes 3 shifts/week, rotating weekends, with no on-call duties; flexible scheduling and additional shifts available.
  • Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with annual earnings around $103K–$131K plus incentives.
