Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.
Provide autonomous, acute, and episodic care in a fast-paced clinic environment. Assess, diagnose, treat, and perform procedures such as laceration repair, abscess drainage, and wound care. Order diagnostics, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment and prevention. Work independently with support from protocols, a support team, and clinical leadership. Schedule includes 3 shifts/week, rotating weekends, with no on-call duties; flexible scheduling and additional shifts available. Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with annual earnings around $103K–$131K plus incentives.
