Job Description
Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.
Providers will independently assess, diagnose, and treat acute conditions, perform procedures like laceration repairs, and manage diagnostic testing. They will prescribe medications, educate patients, and document thoroughly within a supportive environment featuring established protocols and clinical resources.
Schedule involves 3 shifts of 12 hours weekly, rotating weekends, with no on-call duties, and opportunities for extra shifts with overtime pay.
Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour (~$103K–$131K annually), with incentives and bonuses. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), HSA, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowances, and more.
