Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Job Description

Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.

Providers work independently as the sole clinical provider, managing acute and episodic cases with established protocols, a dedicated support team, and access to clinical leadership.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, treating patients, performing procedures, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and documenting in EMR.

Schedule: 3 shifts/week (12 hours), rotating weekends, no on-call, with flexible scheduling and overtime options.

Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with annual equivalent of $103K–$131K plus incentives. Benefits include insurance, retirement plans, malpractice coverage, student loan assistance, PTO, CME allowance, and more.
