Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.
Providers work independently as the sole clinician, managing acute and episodic care with established protocols, supported by a dedicated team and clinical leadership.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, treating patients, performing urgent procedures, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and documenting care.
The environment supports 3–4 patients per hour, with fully equipped clinics, on-site diagnostics, and efficient workflows.
Schedule involves 3 days of 12-hour shifts per week, rotating weekends, with no on-call duties. Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with annual earnings around $103K–$131K plus incentives. Benefits include insurance, 401(k), CME, paid holidays, and more.
