Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.
Provide acute and episodic care independently, managing patient diagnoses, treatments, procedures, and diagnostics. Work in a fast-paced environment with established protocols, clinical support, and leadership access. Schedule entails three 12-hour shifts weekly, rotating weekends, with no on-call duties and flexible self-scheduling. Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with annual earnings around $103K–$131K plus incentives; benefits include insurance, retirement plans, student loan assistance, PTO, CME, and more.
