Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Job Description

Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.

Providers operate independently as the sole clinical provider, managing acute and episodic patient care with support from established protocols, a support team, and clinical leadership.

Clinical duties include assessing, diagnosing, treating patients, performing procedures like laceration repair and splinting, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients.

The environment supports an average of 3–4 patients per hour with fully equipped clinics, EMR systems, and efficient workflows.

Schedule is three 12-hour shifts weekly with rotating weekends, no on-call, and flexible self-scheduling. Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour plus incentives, with benefits like insurance, 401(k), PTO, CME allowance, and more.
