Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Job Description

Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.

Providers work independently as the sole clinical provider, assessing, diagnosing, and treating acute conditions, performing procedures, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients.

The environment supports efficient care with on-site diagnostics, established protocols, and a dedicated support team. Schedule includes 3 shifts/week, rotating weekends, with no on-call duties, and flexible scheduling options.

Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with annual salaries approximately $103K–$131K, plus productivity incentives, signing, and relocation bonuses. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, student loan assistance, and more.
