Job Description

Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.

  • Provide autonomous, episodic care for acute conditions, performing procedures like laceration repair, abscess drainage, and splinting.
  • Assess, diagnose, prescribe medications, order tests, and educate patients, ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Manage a patient volume of 3–4 per hour in fully equipped clinics with established protocols and support staff.
  • Schedule includes 3 shifts/week (12 hours), rotating weekends, with no on-call duties and flexible scheduling.

    • Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with annual earnings around $103K–$131K, plus incentives and bonuses. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), HSA, malpractice coverage, student loan assistance, PTO, CME allowance, and more.

    Qualifications: NC licensure or eligibility, BLS/ACLS, 1+ years of relevant experience preferred, strong clinical judgment, and patient-centered focus.
